I try to have my fridge full of healthy foods but sometimes we can’t eat them fast enough. That’s where this simple stir fry comes in! I take out whatever meat I have in the freezer, toss the veggies into my wok and we are ready to go! My kids love the colors and flavor too.

I remember growing up this was a meal we ate at least a couple of times a month. Although not everyone loved having to be forced to eat veggies, this meal made it seem ok. To this day it is one of our family favorites.

I love a good treat! These peanut butter Rice Krispie treats are the perfect treat for any gathering. I love how quick they are to throw together and how delicious they taste. Seriously the best treat.

I remember when I was a teenager the first time I tried these. There was something about them that just melted my heart. I looked forward to gatherings with my friend’s mom, who was known for making them. Once I finally gained the courage to ask for the recipe, my life changed forever!
