We aren’t serving the same menu to the same groups of people but when you find something that works, you go with it! This is the perfect winter salad. It is fresh, simple but has the best kick. I think I’ve sent the recipe out to over a dozen of people. So today, I’m sharing it with you!

Summer is my favorite season to eat salads! We recently received a garden cabbage from our Tagge’s Fruit Basket. It sat on our counter for a couple of days and then I remembered this salad! It is one that can be made with or without chicken and is the hidden secret for getting anyone to eat and love cabbage.

This grilled chicken kale salad is something I make for family gatherings, baby/bridal showers, parties or just Tuesday dinners at home. It is the perfect salad to toss extra fruit and will always be a favorite!
Spinach salad is always a classic. There are many different variations of this iconic salad but this recipe is my absolute favorite! Fresh spinach, Parmesan cheese, hard boiled eggs, mushrooms and crisp bacon topped with a lemon vinaigrette.
