Mint chocolate mud pie was my birthday cake of choice for at least the first 18 years of my life. There is nothing better than the combination of flavors and textures that come with every bite. Mint chocolate chip is my all time favorite ice cream flavor. Then mix in my great grandma’s hot fudge recipe and you have a treat that can’t be beat.
Sour Cream Potatoes: shredded potatoes, sour cream, cream of chicken and cheese.
I have one favorite food. It’s slightly ridiculous, but sour cream potatoes are my absolute favorite! I could literally eat them for breakfast, lunch and dinner. In fact, growing up on my birthday my mom would make two pans because I loved them so much. I don’t even know what it is about them that turn my taste buds on but this will always be one of my favorite dishes.

I don’t know anyone who doesn’t have a go to chicken marinade. This recipe has been our family favorite for years! It is simple to mix up, slap on or even soak into the chicken. You can bake or BBQ it and you will have a meal that everyone will be asking for.
