Best Casserole Ever Invented and Menu: Chicken Divine, Pear and Spinach Salad, Mint Brownies.
I don’t remember a week growing up that our menu didn’t include a casserole. I know now that they are an easy way to create dinner. Did you ever have a macoroni, corn, hamburger combo? How about tunafish, noodles and who knows what else? Yes, casseroles can make meals easy, but let’s make sure they also are appetizing.
I love chicken divine. To me it has to be the best casserole ever invented. It is delicious, healthy and a favorite for all. I’ve tried making my own casseroles and the only one that comes close is a chicken cordon blue casserole.
