Famous Good Seasons Green Salad: your favorite greens covered with an Italian Balsamic dressing.
I always love a good new salad! This Famous Good Seasons Green Salad will add another favorite to your list. Not only is it simple to make, but the dressing is to die for!
I love a good Italian dressing, but add balsamic vinegar to to it and you are sure to hit the spot. The flavor is explosive and will be sure to become a regular in your fridge. On a side note, it is a little darker in color because of the balsamic, but the taste is amazing!
Ingredients
- 2 heads of romaine lettuce, rinsed and cut
- 2 large avocados, diced
- 1 cucumber, peeled, seeded and diced
- 3 green onions, sliced
- 3/4 c grated parmesan cheese
- croutons as desired
- DRESSING:
- 1 packet Good Seasons Italian dressing mix
- 1/4 c balsamic vinegar
- 3 T water
- 1/2 c oil
- 1/3 c bottled Italian dressing
Instructions
- Dice and add vegetables to bowl.
- Pour dressing ingredients into a cruet or jar and shake well until combined.
- Toss desired amount of dressing together with salad ingredients and serve.
Just chop up the ingredients and toss them together! This salad will be on your dinner table in ten minutes flat!
