Growing up I loved Christmas! Everything about it was exciting and new. I loved counting on so many traditions and time spent with family. These chocolate waffle cookies are something I still dream about.
Have you ever looked at something and said “I will never eat that?” This pomegranate avocado dip was that dish for me. I had to be coaxed into giving it a try. I remember thinking, as I bit down into my chip filled salsa, “here goes nothing!” Boy was I wrong! I was blown away by the explosive flavors and textures that filled my mouth. It was so good that I had to move away from the tray or else I would have eaten the entire thing myself.
This is an absolute favorite recipe! It is hard to find something more savory sweet than these crockpot cranberry meatballs. It is impossible to have just one. This is the absolute best appetizer out there.
I love hot chocolate! This is the season when you can’t get enough. These cookies taste just like a nice cool cup of cocoa. Hot cocoa cookies are rich and chewy topped with marshmallows and covered in chocolate.
I love making dinner for my family but sometimes the side dishes are a little challenging. This almond green bean saute is one that I continue to go back to. Crisp green beans garnished with sautéed mushrooms, celery and almonds will give your taste palate a sophisticated taste.
