I love making dinner, especially when I can create a theme dinner! Who doesn’t like Mexican food? My family goes wild for these honey lime chicken enchiladas, and who can blame them? Fall always seems to bring exciting outside adventures and this year was no exception. I love having fun things to do with my children and most of all love watching them experience new things.

Some of my favorite dinnertime memories are those where I was able to help create part of the meal. Making dinner together as a family is such a fun, bonding experience. I love including my children in the creating process and allowing them to take ownership on the meals we create.
I love sugar cookies! I love to decorate and bake them and let my kids get creative. Most times, however I do not have all day to mixup, roll out and decorate our favorite sugar cookies.
