A trifle is a traditional British dessert of sponge cake and fruit covered with layers of custard, jelly, and cream. This is a treat that we love to make for any occasion. I was first introduced to a traditional Berry Trifle from family in England. It was something so different but so delicious. This strawberry shortcake trifle was a creation for my grandpa for his favorite dessert.
We love potatoes at our house! If I had my way we’d eat them every day. These smashed red potatoes are amazing! Smashed and seasoned with rosemary, thyme, basil, salt and pepper. They will be a hit!
Cherry pie is always something I associate with Valentines. Maybe it’s just the color and flavor but it sticks. These cherry pie bars are divine. Literally the perfect treat for feeding a crowd. They are delicious to eat and so simple to make.
