People either like fish or they hate it! I don’t love fish, but this salmon is one fishy dish I do enjoy. I have served this to many anti-fish people and they walk away wanting the recipe because it is that good.
Worried your children won’t like it because it is “fish?” Read here about how my family came up with the name pink chicken. Salmon is such an easy, yet sophisticated meal. This marinade will explode your taste buds!
Ingredients
- 3 pounds of salmon fillets
- 1/4 c butter, melted
- 1/4 c soy sauce
- 1/2 T Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 t garlic powder
Instructions
- Mix marinade. Place salmon in a tupperware and baste with marinade. Place in fridge for at least an hour. Place salmon, skin side down on grill- or place om sheet of heavy-duty aluminum foil on the grill. Cook until salmon changes color. Turn over and peel off skin. Baste frequently and cook until done, about 15-20 minutes.
