Melt in your mouth cream cheese, Parmesan, garlic and artichokes.
I love a good appetizer! It may be from my summer in Spain where I fell in love with tapas—small portioned meals. Literally I could eat appetizers and be totally fine without any other courses. This creamy artichoke dip will be one you come back to over and over!

Creamy artichoke dip is as good as it sounds. I have to limit myself to crackers otherwise I eat way more than my share. This is a recipe that surprised people—especially those who may not have a love for artichokes. It tastes like home.
Simple to mix up and pop in the oven and quick to serve to guests. Serve it up with your favorite crackers or even cubed Sourdough bread. This will be a recipe people request.
