Creamy Broccoli Salad: fresh broccoli, dried cranberries, bacon and sunflower seeds with a creamy dressing.

Fresh broccoli, dried cranberries bacon and sunflower seeds with a creamy dressing really makes the perfect combination for a fabulous salad. We’ve been making this salad for years now and it is always a hit! I remember the first time I saw it thinking that there would be no way I’d put that on my plate and I was back for seconds in no time flat.
I love this salad because it comes together so quickly. You can buy a big Costco size bag of broccoli and even use precooked bacon and I have a salad in minutes flat. Or if I have a bit more time I can cook my bacon and cut my broccoli. Either way it is always a hit!
