This week flew by! I feel like pregnancy sometimes takes a toll on me. I hate doing most things like cooking, cleaning or leaving the house. I’ve decided though that this time around it won’t get to me! Thankfully the blog is keeping me cooking and my kids are pushing me out of the house. Life can get rough as we’ve all seen this week, but sometimes we just have to get up and get to work! This week I finally started to feel better and did just that and I feel a thousand times better.

Thoroughly Modern Millie

 

My niece was in a Junior High School production of Thoroughly Modern Millie this weekend. My favorite part was watching my children dance in their seats as the show was running. We have been taking them to musicals since they were babies and they love theater! At the finally my son was touch down dancing in the aisles yelling “Kadee! Go Kadee!” He was so proud of his cousin and I was so proud of him!

Campaigning 2016

 

Jason’s dad has been serving in the Utah House of Representatives for 14 years. This year was a campaign year and that meant fun events and honk and waves. My sweet children were out dancing on the corners and waving their cute little hands at all who drove by. The things we do for family!

Gatherings with Friends

This weekend we got together with some of my high school friends. We get together often, but usually just the girls. This time was the first time that we gathered with families. It was so fun to see the children interact, the husbands banter and the friendships reconnect.
