Honey Sesame Beef: A delicious yet simple honey sesame beef with snow peas.
How to make Asian food without a lot of dishes to clean.
Asian food is always a favorite at our house. Everyone eats it and likes it. However, not all Asian dishes can be made without a lot of dishes to clean. This Honey Sesame Beef with Snow Peas is one of those dishes. Not only is it easy to make but it’s even easier to clean up.
This honey sesame beef and snow peas dish can be made with only three dishes. One for mixing the sauce, one for mixing the corn starch mixture and the last for cooking the beef and snow peas. It is always a fight for dish duty on this Asian night.
Ingredients
- 2 lbs skirt steak, thinly sliced
- 1 c snow peas
- 2 T oil
- 1/2 c cold water plus 2 T corn starch
- 1/4 c plus 2 T low sodium soy sauce
- 2 t sesame oil
- 6 T honey
- 2 t minced garlic
- 2 T ketchup
- 1 T rice vinegar
- Sesame seeds and chopped green onions, for topping.
