Mealtime Memories
If there is a recipe that defines my family it would be this one. There is no recipe that is used or requested as often as these crescent rolls. In fact it is very rare to attend any family function and not see these rolls made by some aunt, cousin, mom or myself. They are the very best!
Traditionally Thanksgiving pies come in pumpkin, fruit or cream. This pie will take you out of your comfort zone and into a new area of pleasure. Tollhouse pie is one of our family favorites. It mixes the sweetness of a chocolate chip cookie and places it in a pie crust.
Growing up we only ever had two kinds of cookies, chocolate chip and snickerdoodles. It was always a treat whenever they were made and shared at our house. There were a few recipes that I could confidently make as a child and snickerdoodles were one of my favorites.
Do you ever mix and match recipes? I kept seeing recipes for apple cheesecake bars and decided to give them a try. Every recipe I found though I liked a portion of the recipe but not the entire idea.
Our family loves to make desserts and share them! Sometimes, actually most times the desserts don’t ever leave the pan they are eaten so quickly. This skillet brownie sundae is one of our favorite desserts!
