Have you ever looked at something and said “I will never eat that?” This pomegranate avocado dip was that dish for me. I had to be coaxed into giving it a try. I remember thinking, as I bit down into my chip filled salsa, “here goes nothing!” Boy was I wrong! I was blown away by the explosive flavors and textures that filled my mouth. It was so good that I had to move away from the tray or else I would have eaten the entire thing myself.
Is it possible to just feel yourself rather than feeling your age? I feel like I’m getting older, but really picture myself as my 28 year old self. I’m me, just living life and enjoying the adventures that come my way. Well, either way, I feel great and am so happy where life has taken me.
