Instructions
  1. In a medium saucepan cook beans in boiling water until crisp-tender (about 6-7 minutes).
  2. Drain and run cold water over to stop the cooking process.
  3. Saute celery, almonds and mushrooms in the same pan until mushrooms are tender (about 10 minutes).
  4. Add beans, salt and pepper; toss lightly. Heat thoroughly.
