Sweet graham cracker crust, rich cheesecake middle topped with seasoned apple streusel.
Mix and match recipes.
Do you ever mix and match recipes? I kept seeing recipes for apple cheesecake bars and decided to give them a try. Every recipe I found though I liked a portion of the recipe but not the entire idea.
I love my recipe for Blueberry Dessert, a classic cheesecake recipe that is the perfect blend of cheesecake/graham crackers with the sweetness of the berry filling. In fact if blueberries aren’t your thing you could totally add any pie filling. The taste will blow you away. I love being able to make a dessert in ten minutes and have in in the oven. Chill and add the topping and you are set!

Top it off with some caramel.
So I took something that worked, this simple cheesecake recipe and added the apple strudel. It was a major hit! I didn’t drizzle caramel as a topping but most of the similar recipes suggested it. This will be a recipe that you come back to again and again!
