Instructions
  1. In a medium-size saucepan cook carrots until crisp and tender (about 8 minutes).
  2. Drain and set aside.
  3. Melt butter in a skillet, stir in preserves.
  4. Add all other ingredients, except carrots, and cook briefly.
  5. Toss in carrots and cook just long enough to heat thoroughly.
