Basil Swirl Bread
A blend of basil, olive oil, garlic and Parmesan cheese in a bread bundt.

Bread Dough

olive oil

Instructions
Dissolve yeast in warm water (add 1t. sugar).
In a separate bowl, mix liquid ingredients.
Add yeast once it’s doubled in size and mix in dry ingredients (add our slowly).
Let dough double in size (about 45 minutes).
Roll out dough into a large rectangle.
Mix the olive oil, basil and garlic salt. Then baste the rectangular dough.
Top dough with grated Parmesan cheese.
Roll the dough across the long side of the rectangle. Place seam side down in a prepared 10-12 cup Bundt pan; pinching the ends to seal
Cover and let rise again until it has doubled in size. (about 30 minutes)
Bake in a 350 degree oven for 35-45 minutes or until the bottom is golden brown.
Remove from pan; cool completely on rack.
