A rich chocolate cookie filled with sweet peppermint chips.
Bring Christmas to your kitchen.
Nothing gets me more excited about the holidays than the smell of pine and peppermint. These chocolate peppermint cookies will leave you home and your mouth ready for the season.
I was especially excited when I found these Ghiradelli peppermint baking chips. They are white chocolate and peppermint. Usually all I can find are green mint chips which are good but these are so much better! These cookies literally taste like chocolate cookies with sweet white chocolate candy canes.
The only problem is I can’t find them anywhere! I randomly found them at Walmart but can’t even find them on their website. Then I started googling them and found them here. The only thing similar in stores was this peppermint baking bar. So if you get lucky and find the red bag at the store pick them up while you have a chance! These cookies will change your life!
