The Classic Spinach Salad
Fresh spinach, Parmesan cheese, hard boiled eggs, mushrooms and crisp bacon topped with a lemon vinaigrette.

Parmesan cheese

mushrooms
sliced

crisp crumbled bacon
Vinaigrette
1/2
cup
salad oil
1
clove
garlic
slivered
1/4
cup
vinegar
1/4
cup
lemon juice
1/2
teaspoon
salt
dash
pepper
Instructions
Wash spinach, dry thoroughly. Tear in pieces into a salad bowl. Chill.
Make vinaigrette. Combine salad oil, garlic, vinegar, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Some people like to heat it but I prefer it cold.
Toss spinach with dressing. Garnish with eggs, bacon and mushrooms. And top with Parmesan Cheese.
