Crunchy, flavor filled parmesan garlic chicken.
A meal even the pickiest eater will love!
Sometimes it’s hard to find meal that everyone will eat at my house. That was the case until I found this crispy garlic parmesan baked chicken! It is so crunch and flavor filled that everyone loves it!
The best part is that I can make it and there are always left overs. Sometimes my littles don’t like to eat chicken but I always make noodles and marinara sauce to go with this meal. They devour noodles. So no matter what type of eaters you have at your house, everyone will love dinner!

- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cover baking sheet with tin foil or parchment paper.
- In a shallow bowl, combine flour, black pepper, salt, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
- In another shallow dish, whisk together eggs and milk.
- In a third shallow dish, combine bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese.
- Pat chicken dry with paper towel.
- Set up assembly line to coat chicken in this order; flour, eggs, bread crumbs. First dredge chicken in the flour mixture, then in the eggs and then coat with bread crumbs. Once coated, arrange on the prepared baking sheet.
- Spray tops of chicken with non-stick cooking spray.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes or until crispy, golden brown and cooked through. You can always flip them and broil them for a few minutes, just don't let them burn.
- Garnish with fresh chopped parsley and serve with pasta.
Recipe: Yellow Bliss Road
It literally takes 10 minutes to prepare. The chicken takes 35 minutes to cook but while it cooks I make the pasta and warm the marinara. I rarely make my own just out of convenience. This will be a meal everyone loves!
