Garlic Pull Apart Bread
Soft roll bread covered in butter, parsley and garlic.

Ingredients
Garlic Bread

mashed potatoes

scalded milk

butter
melted

garlic salt

tablespoon
finely chopped parsley
Instructions
Dissolve yeast in warm water (add 1t. sugar).
In a separate bowl, mix liquid ingredients.
Add yeast once it’s doubled in size and mix in dry ingredients (add flour slowly).
Let dough double in size (about 45 minutes).
Take a handful of dough, about 2 inch ball, and roll it in the butter mixture.
Place dough balls into the bread pan. I can usually get 8-10 balls per pan.
Cover and let rise again until it has doubled in size. (About 30 minutes).
Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
With a pastry brush, spread butter over the tops of the warm loaves.
