Double the recipe for double the fun.
The best part about this recipe is that it can be made ahead of time and rolled out later. I often make the dough the day before I roll out the cookies. The recipe makes about three dozen cookies. If you are planning for a crowd or want to give them away, just DOUBLE the recipe.
The sugar cookies don’t brown but come out nice and soft. So don’t over cook them. Once they are cooled you can decorate them however you’d like. Celebrate any occasion with our favorite sugar cookies.
