Rich flavorful Korean Beef Bowl served with rice and veggies.
Sweet Korean Beef Bowls.
My family loves rice! So I’m always looking for variations to serve that dish. These Korean Beef Bowls are filled with a rich flavor and delicious when served with rice and veggies. Once you make it you will see it again and again at your dinner table.
I use ground turkey because I usually have it in bulk in my freezer. You literally brown the meat, add a few seasonings and it’s ready to go! I just sautéed my veggies with a little olive oil to make them cooked but still crisp. Then we serve it all over rice.
If you get in a bind and don’t have time to make the honey glaze, buy a Korean Beef Glaze. It works just as well just has more preservatives than the natural ingredients would have.
