A rich chocolate brownie with a mint frosting layer topped with dark chocolate.
A sweet minty treat.
There is no treat quite like these rich mint stick brownies. They are the perfect blend of dark and milk chocolate sandwiched between a mint frosting.
It has been one of our family favorites for years. Because they are so rich we like to cut them into small inch square pieces so that they are bite size. Anything bigger is almost too much to handle. We use them for events all year long and are loved by all.
Sometimes around Christmas time we top it with crushed candy canes. You can also change the food coloring to red, making a pink frosting.
