Mint Frosting

butter
softened

Powdered sugar

peppermint flavor

green food coloring
Glaze topping

unsweetened baking chocolate

Instructions
Brownies
Melt chocolate and butter together in microwave. Cool.
Add beaten eggs, sugar, flavoring, flour and salt. Pour batter into well-greased 9×13 pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Cool
Frost brownies with double layer frosting.
Mint Frosting
Mix together ingredients until creamy.
Spread on cooled brownies.
Refrigerate while you make the glazed topping.
Glaze Topping
Combine butter and chocolate and melt in microwave or on stove.
Blend and dribble glaze over mint layer. Tilt the pan back and forth until covered.
Refrigerate to set glaze.
