Pomegranate, avocado, tomato salsa that will surprise your tastebuds.
Bursting of flavors.
Have you ever looked at something and said “I will never eat that?” This pomegranate avocado dip was that dish for me. I had to be coaxed into giving it a try. I remember thinking, as I bit down into my chip filled salsa, “here goes nothing!” Boy was I wrong! I was blown away by the explosive flavors and textures that filled my mouth. It was so good that I had to move away from the tray or else I would have eaten the entire thing myself.

I’m not sure if it’s the combination of flavors or textures that is so surprising. Either way, this quickly made it’s way up into my list of favorites. Better yet—it’s completely healthy!
The world’s most colorful dip.
We love eating it with Fritos big scoop chips. It holds the salsa well and provides a great flavor combination. I especially love that it is so simple to make. I chopped up the avocados, tomatoes and onions. Then saved myself some time by buying Costco’s pomegranate seeds. Mix it all up and you’re ready to roll! You won’t let a party pass you by without adding this pomegranate avocado dip to the table.
Give it a try this holiday season for a taste and color palate that will surely impress. If you’re looking for another great party food, try my crockpot cranberry meatballs.
