Ritzy Chicken
Tender chicken breast breaded with yogurt and Ritz crackers makes the perfect dinner for a busy family.

Ingredients
- 8 Boneless skinless chicken breasts thawed
- 2 cups Ritz Crackers
- 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
- 2 teaspoons garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup melted butter
Ritzy Chicken
- 1 cup Cream of Chicken
- 1 cup milk
Creamy Sauce
Instructions
- Combine crushed crackers, Parmesan, garlic salt and seasoned salt in a shallow dish.
- Pat chicken dry and then coat with yogurt.
- Dip each piece of chicken in crumb mixture and arrange in 9″x13″ baking dish.
- Drizzle melted butter over the top, if desired. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
- Serve with wild rice and top with creamy sauce.
Ritzy Chicken
- Combine milk and Cream of Chicken in a saucepan. Stir frequently until combined.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup spinach chopped
- 1/2 cup sun dried tomatoes

Instructions
- In a large skillet add olive oil and cook the chicken on medium heat for 3-5 minutes on each side.
- Remove chicken and set aside on a plate.
- Add the heavy cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and parmesan cheese.
- Whisk over medium heat until it starts to thicken.
- Add the spinach and sun dried tomatoes and let simmer until the spinach starts to wilt.
- Add the chicken back to the pan and serve over pasta if desired.
- *If you like it extra saucy, double the sauce.
