A soup array.
I remember so vividly going to my grandma’s house on Christmas afternoon. We would gather for a rich array of soups. Chicken Noodle, Park City Stew, Broccoli Cheese Soup and of coarse Clam Chowder. My aunt would make her famous breadsticks and we all strategized how to get them hot out of the oven. For me clam chowder is a food associated with a million family memories and always reminds me of home.

A family favorite!
I love how quick it is to make and love filling it with vegetables. Sometimes I even add carrots for color and I always add more potatoes than called for. You make it similar to a broccoli cheese soup. First you boil the vegetables. Then you make the chowder paste and finally add it all together.
You are sure to win with this simple clam chowder!
