Salad

Romaine Lettuce

red leaf lettuce

fresh pear
thinly sliced

apple
thinly sliced

Craisons

walnuts
Poppy Seed Dressing

clove garlic

tablespoon
Dijon mustard

tablespoon
poppy seeds

tablespoon
brown sugar

teaspoon
Worcestershire sauce

salt

vinegar (red or white wine)

cup
olive oil

vegetable oil
Instructions
Prepare dressing first to allow it to chill. It works best in a blender or food processor. Refrigerate for several hours before serving.
Wash and cut lettuce.
Cut apple and pear into slices.
Add fruit, dried cranberries and walnuts to salad.
Toss salad and add dressing.
