Mandarin Salad

The perfect summer salad.

Ingredients
  

Salad

  • 2 quarts Romain Lettuce chopped
  • 2 quarts Spring Mix
  • 2-3 ribs Celery cut
  • 1 8 oz Can of Mandarin Oranges drained
  • 2-3 Green Onions cut
  • 1 cup Grapes Green or red or both
  • 1/2 cup Candied Almonds Place 1/4 cup sugar in skillet until crystalizes then add the almonds.

Dressing

  • 2 TBS Sesame Seeds toasted @350 for 10 min
  • 3 TBS Sugar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1/4 cup Vegetable Oil
  • 2 TBS Vinegar

Instructions
 

  • Toss salad ingredients together.
  • Mix dressing in blender or shaker bottle.
  • Add dressing just before serving.
  • Enjoy!
